Your Alex is covered by a One-Year Limited Warranty. Spring Design Inc. warrants the Alex eReader product against defects in material and workmanship under normal use for a period of one year from the date of original purchase by the original end-user purchaser. A dated purchase receipt is required. For specific instructions on how to obtain warranty service for your product, please contact us with the form on the right.
